The Carré Sénart mall : The federating core of Sénart, nestled amidst a green setting, provides Sénart's inhabitants and enterprises with facilities, stores and services at the very heart of the city.
The Boissénart–Maisonément mall : A new-generation trade pole dedicated to home furnishings, which gathers 40 small and medium-size stores around three main superstores. The whole architectural ensemble has been neatly designed in a landscaped setting.
The Ecopôle : A pilot site in the Ile-de-France area that is meant to accommodate environment-related businesses; the Ecopôle fits in with a high-quality environment approach (energy performance, environmental integration, enhancement of surrounding wild lands, rain water and waste management,…)
Villaroche : A site that was granted the ASTech competitive cluster seal in 2
007. It provides 123 acres of building land and 107,650 Sq Ft of premises intended for the settlement of enterprises in the field of Aeronautics and Space.
The A5-Sénart business park : This new business park mainly dedicated to logistic and industrial activities benefits from an exceptional transport servicing: the A5 speedway, the N104 Francilienne bypass, a train line and a branch line. This site should eventually concentrate over 2,200 employments.
