The San de Sénart plays an active part in the development of European regional policies. It has a long history of collaboration with its European counterparts in various programs relating, in particular, to sustainable development, housing, information and experience sharing with a view to improving governance.

Encourage
Knowledge Networks
New Tasc
Connected Cities
The Encourage, Knowledge Networks, New Tasc and Connected Cities projects were in keeping with the Interreg III B and C programs.
The Crrescendo project was part of the 6th PCRD program (Programme Cadre de la Recherche et du Développement ; Research and Development Master Program).
Other projects are currently under examination for the purpose of obtaining European funds.
The goal of these programs is : to promote enhanced territorial integration within the European Union through collaboration between national, regional and local authorities with a view to modelling great groups of European regions.
